  • Do You Offer Rush Delivery?
    Yes! Please send Us a Message in the Convo or use the "ask a question" link located at the top of the page for Rush Orders. We do our best to accommodate your shipping needs, but may require a small fee for rush processing during the holidays. Express shipping is available at checkout. You can use the drop-down menu to select guaranteed Shipping Services such as Priority Mail Express 2-day and FedEx 2-day. 1st Class Shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please let us know prior to placing your order if you need a Product by a certain date to Confirm Availability.
  • When can I Expect my Order?
    All orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on your Postal Location, Order Quantity and/or Custom Orders. You can expect the following transit times: USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days International Shipping: 2-4 weeks The above times do not include possible shipping delays or errors on USPS's end. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays & Inclement Weather Delays. If you need your order Rushed or Delivered by a specific date, please let us know via Convo prior to your Order being Placed to determine if we can accommodate. Once your Order Ships, You will receive an email with Tracking Confirmation.
  • Do You Offer Wholesale?
    Yes! Our Products are Available for Wholesale in Stores & Shops. Just send us a Convo and I will send You a Link for Wholesale Pricing, etc. Interested in selling our products in your shop?
  • How are Returns & Exchanges Handled?
    PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER! If your products are damaged during transport during handling by USPS, Refunds will only be issued on products with Proof of Clear PHOTO proven to be damaged/destroyed during shipping. Please Email me the Pictures via Etsy within 3 days of Receiving your Order. Shipping Fees are not Issued with Refund unless Order was damaged/destroyed during shipping. PLEASE double-check your Shipping Address is Correct, I cannot Re-ship packages that are Lost/Stolen and/or are Marked Delivered and/or to an incorrect address that the Customer Provided. All Orders Cancelled within 24 hrs will be Fully Refunded.
